Are you feeling left out? Ignored? Left to your own devices?
I’ve often heard those statements from gym clients and it bothers me! Yes, today, I’m venting a little steam!!!
I believe that the problem is threefold.

A few years ago, i headed a satellite gym inside of a sports facility. The tone of this satellite gym is high energy, all body, bootcamp sort of format. Lots of fun! Every week, as new members came in, my classes became crowded yet i was not allowed to “limit” the amount of participants in the class. The result was that I sometimes “missed” seeing that one client really struggle. And yes, some did get injured, it was that type of class. Have you ever had the feeling that you’re just NOT being heard? you say the same old thing over and over again, things just don’t change? It might be in your delivery!
I’ve been speaking with a group of ladies about nutrition. I gave all the information, all of the tactics, all of what I have to give and yet… things are not changing in their pattern. For a slight moment, i was very frustrated and I stopped to take stock of what is happening.

Spring is here and so is our motivation to get back in shape, it’s shorts season soon!! I’ve been asked this week, how do I choose a personal trainer? how do I know before I invest all that money? how soon can I see results?
I work with personal trainers and gym owners on a daily basis. I want to share a secret with you!!

Are you feeling trapped by your business? Are you spending more than you are bringing in? Are you struggling everyday to fill your schedule with clients? Do you know where and how to network to find those clients? Are you feeling trapped by the demands of client schedules? I did! And I didn’t like it!
Exactly one year ago, I was struggling in my business. I lived in that place where it was all about filling my dance card with clients. I lived at the mercy of my clientele, I let them lead my schedule. I let my business dictate my life because of I was afraid I would lose my income. I was afraid I would be in constant starve mode!
