I’ve often heard those statements from gym clients and it bothers me! Yes, today, I’m venting a little steam!!!
I believe that the problem is threefold.

Are you feeling trapped by your business? Are you spending more than you are bringing in? Are you struggling everyday to fill your schedule with clients? Do you know where and how to network to find those clients? Are you feeling trapped by the demands of client schedules? I did! And I didn’t like it!
