Keeping it fun

Fun and variety is the key to keeping our athletes engaged! This program is designed to be different, fun and exciting. Using a combination of plyometric drills, fitness conditioning, core strength and all body strength, our athletes discover all of what they are made of. The floor changes at every workout, athletes never know what to expect setting a high level of anticipation and excitement.

Education

The how’s, the why’s and the where’s are explained and answered as we move along with the season. The athletes learn how the body works, why we train in a particular environment and where they apply it to their sport. Every question is answered... ALWAYS!

Age appropriate drills

Because athletic ability increases with age, every age group receives an age appropriate program.

High Energy Conditioning

Team sports targets the cardio energy system to the max! with Myo-precision, every circuit is designed to help increase cardio fitness. Each circuit station targets heart rate and pushes thresholds that will allow each athlete to outlast the shift demands.

Balance and Coordination

Balance and coordination are what allow the athletes to become agile and effective at their sport. Every circuit designed includes balance and coordination work helping the athlete connect with the body.

Core Strength

All biomechanics begin from the core. Without core strength, the athlete cannot develop in the chosen sport. Core strength is always a high component of the workout. Protecting the spine is key to keeping our athletes injury free. Progressive core conditioning is the very basis of what we do!

Team Building

Working as a team, the athletes will learn to encourage each other, compete with each other and laugh with each other. All successes are shared as one unit and all failures are lived and surmounted as one unit.

Nutrition for the Athlete

Working with parents and coaches, we offer one team nutritional consultation, at the coaches’ request. Parents, athletes and coaches enjoy unlimited email access to our office. We will answer any question!
